I think everyone needs to learn how to let go. How to stop caring so much. Everyone always has to make such a big deal out of everything. And the drama really isn’t nescessary. Don’t get me wrong, shit happens. It happens all the time. But you can’t control everything. You can’t change the people around you and you can’t change how things happen. So instead of freaking out and worrying about it, just accept it. Accept that you had a bad day, or people suck, or you failed that test, or whatever it is. When you learn to accept things instead of fighting them, your stress starts to go away. And if you can just let go of all the stress and all the bullshit, I promise, you’ll be happier.
